Al Horford Ejected for Elbow on Dellavedova (Video)

With under a minute to go in the first half of game three Eastern Conference Finals Al Horford took a fall to the ground and delivered an elbow to Cleveland's Dellavedova resulting in an ejection. In the 19 minutes of action Horford scored 14 points and had 7 rebounds. The Cavaliers ended up winning the game in OT 114-111 as Lebron James scored 37 points, and added 18 rebounds and 13 assist. The Cavaliers take a 3-0 lead in the series and look to close the series out at home Tuesday .
